After climbing a great hill, one only finds that there are many more hills to climb.

Mission

I first started this site as a workspace to record notable or inspirational ideas I come across as I shift and travel while on work assignments, exploring different countries and cultures, hunting for art to appreciate, or spending time with my family and friends.

And, I could not help but begin to reflect more deeply about Change and the drivers of it. I also practice Strategy and Transformation for a living, so here I reflect on the professional and the personal, not as dogma from a rigid, all-knowing or perfect world view, but through the lens of my own experiences, understanding, discoveries, decision-making, successes, failures, and lessons learned – in the hope that with them I can learn from others or be useful to them in the same way as so many others have been supportive of me.

I blog for those interested in ideas about change – for those entrusted to transform businesses and organizations, for those crafting their own leadership and management identities and for those still committed to their own self-empowerment journeys.

We all walk our unique paths, so I invite your thoughts and stories and insights about these topics as well.  They will make for enriching conversation, I hope, for all of us. Visit often, as I am sure that there will always be something to share or talk about.
