First, how do you treat you?

If you don’t treasure your own product, why would others? Occasionally, I buy macaroons at the Ladurée kiosk at Charles de Gaulle. Each time, I watch the reverence and tenderness with which my box is made – with utmost respect for the product. And then the cashier steps out from behind the counter and hands my purchase to me – as if trusting me with something sacred. It is always a good feeling and an experience that never feels old, and I keep going back.
